"Humpday" House Tour
I’ve been M.I.A. for about a week. Sorry about it. And while today is certainly not humpday, to make up for my absence you get a home tour double feature! Hope you enjoy.
Today’s tour comes from The Bridges at Seven Lakes. This neighborhood boasts large home sites ranging from 1/3 acre to over 1 acre. The entire development comes out to 150 homes on 350 acres. Gorgeous wooded lots that really make it feel like an established neighborhood even though it’s brand new. Home plans start in the $430s.
Located in Huger, SC. Their website describes Huger as,
"Huger is a small, unincorporated community on the north outskirts of Charleston, South Carolina. Huger offers a quiet, quaint, safe small-town atmosphere for families, while also being a convenient, short drive to the large employers, amenities, and entertainment of a big city."
One of the concerns with new construction is that you’ll have to pay for every single upgrade or additional feature. Emerald Homes offers several great already included features such as: hardwood flooring in the first floor living area, stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite kitchen countertops, and marble bathroom vanities.
