"Humpday" House Tour
I’ve been M.I.A. for about a week. Sorry about it. And while today is certainly not humpday, to make up for my absence you get a home tour double feature! Hope you enjoy.
This tour is of Oak Bluff a Cresent Homes neighborhood in Charleston, SC. More specifically this neighborhood is located in the Berkeley County area of Charleston along Clements Ferry Hwy. Oak Bluff offers 8 home plans and prices start in the $310s.

As I stated in a previous post it’s always interesting to see what features come included in the plan. Oak Bluff’s features include: hardwood floors in foyer, powder room, dining and kitchen; stainless steel oven, dishwasher, microwave; granite counter tops in kitchen; white quartz vanities in all bathrooms; and wood treads on stairs.
